Mobile roles and permissions
The permission for each area of the app, the three sensitive actions, and the ten default roles.
Assign roles in Admin → Company User Manager. You can see each role's permissions in Role Manager and build your own roles from these permissions; see Users, Roles & Permissions. The app shows a Home tile for each area a person can use. A change reaches the phone the next time the app opens or comes back to the front.
Area permissions
Each area has a Use permission and an Admin permission. Admin includes Use.

DataMagik Mobile - Mobile Admin Settings opens every page under DataMagik Mobile on the web, and the Devices, People, Printer zones and Record a walk screens in the app. The supervisor board permissions also open Supervisor metrics on the web.
Sensitive actions
These have their own permissions, and the person must also enter their PIN each time (good for 5 minutes):

The shortened names in the last column stand for the full permission names above, for example Inventory is DataMagik Mobile - Inventory.
Who can sign in by badge
Badge sign-in on a shared handheld is for floor accounts: people who hold only area Use permissions (not Mobile Admin), optionally with DataMagik - Shop Floor Viewer or DataMagik - Maintenance. Anyone with an Admin permission, a sensitive action, or any other DataMagik permission signs in on their own phone. Of the default roles, Material Handler, Loader, Operator, Maintenance Tech and Guard can sign in by badge.
Shop Floor in the app
The Shop Floor section of the app (my actions, active issues, checks and boards) uses the Shop Floor permissions, not the Mobile ones: DataMagik - Shop Floor Viewer, DataMagik - Maintenance or DataMagik - Shop Floor Admin, with the Shop Floor license. Mobile permissions alone do not show it.
