The supervisor board and your numbers

Tasks, rate and performance against standard for you, your team and the site, worked out from the scans that reached Plex.

Your numbers

Open Me. My numbers shows, for your plant:

  • Tasks: how many tasks you finished.
  • Per hour: tasks per hour of measured work, once you have at least 10 minutes of it.
  • Vs. standard: your performance against the standard time for each kind of task, as a percent. 100% means on standard.

Your company decides whether personal numbers are shown. If it has turned them off, the card says so.

The supervisor board

Open the Supervisor board tile on Home. If your role includes the board (DataMagik Mobile - Supervisor Board; in the default roles, Shipping Lead, Supervisor and Admin), the app opens on it after you sign in.

  • Choose the window: 1 d, 7 d or 31 d.
  • Team lists everyone who finished tasks at this site in the window, most tasks first, with their tasks and performance.
  • Site shows the site's total tasks and how many people did them.
  • Each card also lists every kind of task (Move, Load, Hold, Split and so on) with its median time and, where there is one, its standard, marked engineered or learned.

A view your company has turned off shows the reason in its card, for example team metrics are turned off for this company.

How the numbers are worked out

  • Only scans that reached Plex count. Refused and waiting ones do not.
  • A task's time is the time since the same person's previous task. A gap of more than 10 minutes is a break and is not counted.
  • The standard for a kind of task is the engineered standard your company has set. Without one, once the site has 20 timed tasks of that kind, it is learned: the middle of each person's typical time, so one very fast or slow person cannot move it.
  • To refresh the numbers, choose the window again. They can be up to a minute old.

Managers can see the same numbers on the web under DataMagik Mobile → Supervisor metrics, where Mobile Admins also set engineered standards. See Mobile settings, slotting and screen overrides.
