AIAI Token Usage
The AI Token Usage dashboard shows how much your company's AI features are consuming — total tokens, estimated cost, number of turns, and the breakdown by user and by model. Use it to keep an eye on AI spend and see who and what is driving it.
What the tiles show
- Total Cost (est.) — estimated spend for the period, calculated from public list prices.
- Total Tokens — prompt + completion tokens across all AI activity.
- Turns — the number of assistant turns / AI calls.
- Avg Tokens / Turn — average tokens per turn, a quick sense of prompt size.
Below the tiles, a daily token usage chart plots consumption over time, and the By user and By model panels rank who and what is using the most. Use the date-range selector (top right) to change the window.
Estimate vs. invoice. Cost here is estimated
from published list prices for convenience. Your AI provider's invoice is the authoritative source of
truth for actual charges.
